Shipping and Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges or process refunds or cancellations after order is placed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with getting you a new garment. If you
receive a defective item, please contact us at [1-877-479-6014•] with details of the product and the defect. You
can send the item you consider defective to us:
once exchange is approved.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a
reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of
the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement  we will replace the product.

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 3PM PST (6PM EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 3PM it is not guaranteed to go out same day. Shipping costs are determined by transportation method chosen, as well as the weight. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. The rates will also be displayed during the checkout process prior to entering a payment method.
